I’ve abandoned PHPGedView for the Family Tree section in the Trees menu. It appears that the software has not be updated since 2011 and is probably not compatible with the latest version of WordPress or PHP at my host. That seems to be the most likely explanation of the problems. I have installed and moved all the data to WebTrees. The only difference that will be noticed is that it is faster, simpler to use, and looks better but still has all the functionality (maybe even more) as before.
If you previously registered at the PHPGedView site I’ll get your registration moved over shortly.
